The following well-established programs are also offered:

Eller Leadership Executive Programs provide managers with the knowledge and tools to successfully lead for-profit, nonprofit, and governmental organizations.

Through an innovative approach, participants have the opportunity to practice newly acquired leadership skills as they are learning them, thereby building confidence.

This hands-on experience provides reinforcement of learning concepts and develops competencies beyond typical learning for immediate use on the job.

Most programs last at least four full days, although not always consecutively. A solid base of core business disciplines are featured, including some specific topics such as:

  • Communication
  • Team building
  • Human resource management
  • Conflict management and negotiations
  • Time management
  • Organizational environments
  • Ethics

Open enrollment programs are generally conducted in our state-of-the-art Soldwedel Executive Education Center on The University of Arizona campus in Tucson, or at accessible locations throughout the state, including our new Scottsdale campus.
