A Leadership Development Program
Effective leadership is invaluable in the competitive and highly dynamic business environment. Most leaders have moved into their positions from technical backgrounds with very little formal training in leadership. In this program, leaders will build change leadership competencies in key areas of leadership management, communications, negotiations, ethics, and team leadership, as well as areas of personal leadership development associated with cultivating resilience and managing a personal leadership brand.
The Business Leadership Competencies program offers case-based discussions and exercises from world-class faculty who have both research and extensive executive education experience. Leaders will learn the latest concepts and will gain techniques for applying these concepts in their workplaces. Our Organization Process Innovation (OPI) capstone group learning project offers participants the opportunity to work with others in applying their learning to current leadership challenges.
Who Should Attend?
Mid-level leaders in dynamic and challenging business environments represent the most typical program participant, however senior leaders from smaller firms and high potential leaders from large organizations have also benefited from this leadership program.
