Why Attend GALA?
Generative AI isn’t just a tool; it’s the requirement to remain a leader in any industry. The Generative AI Leadership Accelerator (GALA) is a hands-on, 3-day immersive program where you’ll conceptualize a real generative AI initiative under the guidance of world-class faculty.
Participants will receive 25 CPE credits for completing the GALA program. This is a basic-level program with no prerequisites.
Eller Executive Education is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org

Professor of Management and Organizations and the Founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics
Dr. Melendez consults on ethical decision-making, transformational leadership, and innovative thinking.

Dr. Bikram Ghosh
Associate Professor of Marketing and an Eller Fellow
Dr. Ghosh teaches courses on Customer-focused Digital Transformation and Generative AI for Market Insights in Executive and MBA programs.

Dr. Mohammed Shafae
Associate Professor of Systems and Industrial Engineering and a smart manufacturing systems expert
Dr. Shafae specializes in developing AI methods for processes design, monitoring, control, and cybersecurity.

Dr. Yong Ge
Associate Professor of Management Information Systems, Eller Fellow
Dr. Ge specializes in developing customized and sophisticated GenAI for domain-specific applications using approaches like fine-tuning, RAG, and LLM agents.
