Challenge: BHP Billiton, the world’s biggest mining company, needed to support the development of mid-level leaders who would embrace a safety culture at the mine sites.
Solution: EEE created a Custom Program In Chile, expanding into group action learning projects in Arizona and Australia, as well as a Performance Enhancement process training for supervisors in various locations.
