Celebrating a Team's Success Is an Important Part of Leadership

There is a fundamental difference when some people talk about managers, and leaders. And there is a real difference in someone who is coming in and they want to manage people, as opposed to people who are going to lead people. There is a real difference in that. And I think you want to lead to a place where there’s a real goal and there’s something attainable. And once you achieve that goal, or once you attain that success, as an organization you have to celebrate it. It’s a way to get repeat behavior, it is a way for more and more people to achieve more success and understand what’s important.
