Unless otherwise stated, a light breakfast and lunch buffet are provided throughout the program.

Participants with dietary requirements should make sure that they complete this area on the registration form. We are happy to make any adjustments if we know prior to the start of the program. 

We want everyone to be comfortable, so participants may wear casual attire for most of the program. On graduation days, when supervisors/managers can attend the graduation lunch, we ask that participants wear business attire. More information will be provided upon registration.

We will do our best to accommodate the special needs of our participants including mobility, vision, hearing, other physical impairments, health conditions or learning disabilities. Please contact your program manager for any special assistance needed.

We work with many organizations on different payment methods and schedules, but enrollment in the program is not guaranteed until we receive payment. Please contact programsupport@eller.arizona.edu for specific questions.

Payments may be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) through the registration link on the program page. We also accept checks, purchase orders, or electronic wire transfers.

We completely understand that busy executives often have schedule changes, and we do our best to accommodate that.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must request such in writing.

• Cancelling 30+ days prior to the start of the program will result in a 100% refund of collected fees
• Cancelling 8-29 days prior to the program start will result in an 80% refund
• Fees will not be refunded if requested 7 days or less prior to the program start date.

A program transfer must be made in writing at least five days prior to the start of the program. Please contact programsupport@eller.arizona.edu. If the requested program is sold out, the registrant will be placed on a waiting list.

The program fee includes tuition, all program materials, parking fees on the University of Arizona campus, and a light breakfast and lunch each day during the program. Please know that the program fee does NOT include hotel accommodation or dinner.

While a laptop is not required, it is handy during teamwork for all open-enrollment programs.

Program locations are subject to change, but most of our open-enrollment programs are held within the Tucson and Phoenix areas. Information for each specific program will be available ahead of the program date so you can plan accordingly.

There is no work assigned prior to the program start date.

No, Eller Executive Education only offers non-degree programs. Certificates are awarded on completion of each open enrollment program.
