Laurel has a passion for building empowering and productive relationships as well as co-authoring impactful leadership development programs. Laurel is responsible for managing client relationships and facilitating solutions based custom training programs. Her areas of expertise include fostering productive relationships, assessing training needs and collaborating to create custom training solutions.

Prior to joining Eller, Laurel excelled in building productive B2C and B2B relationships in various environments, including a nonprofit service organization, a successful healthcare start up, and higher education. 

Laurel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is an active member of the Project Management Institute Tucson Chapter serving on the mentorship committee. She is also a Society of Human Recourses Management (SHRM) National member and serves on SHRM-Greater Tucson’s Board of Directors overseeing the Programs Committee, which is responsible for developing 24 to 40 credentialed programs and events that are both educational and motivational for the more than 400 members. Laurel was named Volunteer of the Year in 2021.
