Over a distinguished career spanning 30+ years, Luigi Pecoraro has established himself as a foremost leader and innovator in executive education. With a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and certificates from Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, his specialized expertise encompasses custom leadership programs, career development, and talent development. Pecoraro's success in this domain is rooted in his application of the science of leadership development, proven business practices, and contemporary learning design. 

Through these methods, he has empowered other leaders to discover novel approaches to leadership, management, and innovation with international brands such as McKesson, Kraft Foods and Lockheed Martin. 

In his current role as Executive Director at Eller Executive Education, the non-degree leadership development division of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, Pecoraro leads a team of experts dedicated to addressing specific organizational challenges, where they employ a variety of learning methods to enable participants to immediately implement new ideas within their organizations.
