Why Attend GALA?
Generative AI isn’t just a tool; it’s the requirement to remain a leader in any industry. The Generative AI Leadership Accelerator (GALA) is a hands-on, 4-day immersive program where you’ll conceptualize a real generative AI initiative under the guidance of world-class faculty.
Who Should Attend?
This accelerator is for senior executives and teams driving AI initiatives. Participants will be part of a select consortium of companies that will have the opportunity to engage closely with expert faculty and develop real-world AI solutions for immediate implementation.
A minimum of three participants per organization is required. Participants can be from the same teams at work, as well as cross-functional leaders wanting to work together on a project.
Only one organization per industry will be accepted to ensure proprietary information stays confidential. Apply early to reserve spaces for your team.
What Will You Learn?
Through hands-on, experiential education, your team will receive expert mentorship, strategic insights, and a concrete action plan to lead AI innovation.
This accelerator is developed for a limited number of organizations, with a minimum of three participants from each organization, including a senior leader/sponsor from each organization leading their team.
Through this program, you will:

- Explore frameworks for generative AI implementation
- Develop the use cases and build a specific strategy for how generative AI can transform your organization
- Take a deep dive into the latest AI tools and identify which are best for your organization

Dr. Gondy specializes in artificial intelligence with a focus on natural language processing and machine learning applications that drive innovation and improve decision-making.

Dr. Matt Hashim
Associate Professor of Management Information Systems and Associate Director of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory
Dr. Hashim's research is focused around information security and privacy, digital piracy, experimental and behavioral economics, and electronic commerce.

Dr. Paul Melendez
Professor of Management and Organizations and the Founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics
Dr. Melendez consults on ethical decision-making, transformational leadership, and innovative thinking.

Dr. Bikram Ghosh
