Deborrah M. Himsel
Deborrah is a distinguished expert in leadership development, change management, and organizational culture evolution. She is a sought-after speaker, executive coach, and thought leader. Deborrah is the acclaimed author of Leadership Sopranos Style: How to Become a More Effective Boss, published in 2004 and has been translated into ten languages, and Beauty Queen: Leadership Lessons from the Reign of Avon’s Andrea Jung. Deborrah has held executive positions at Avon Products, Deutsche Bank, Pfizer, and Westland Resources.
