Layla Al Hawaj

Layla Al Hawaj has over 12 years of diverse experience in business and leadership development. She began her career working with renowned organizations such as Deloitte, Bloomberg L.P., and Thomson Reuters. Her corporate tenure provided her with a strong foundation in business and finance.

Layla transitioned to the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), where she played a pivotal role in managing a Master’s degree program tailored for public sector employees in Bahrain. Through this transition to learning and development, she discovered her passion for education.

Layla also worked as a consultant for a startup, where she helped design and deliver an innovative upskilling program for youth and recent graduates in the UAE, equipping them with critical skills for the job market. Currently, she represents Eller Executive Education in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, where she manages business operations, client relationships, and partnerships, continuing her commitment to professional growth and development.
