Unless otherwise stated, a light breakfast and lunch buffet are provided throughout the program.

Participants with dietary requirements should make sure that they complete this area on the registration form. We are happy to make any adjustments as long as we know prior to the program start.

We want everyone to be comfortable, so participants may wear casual attire Monday through Thursday. Friday is our graduation day when supervisors/managers can attend the graduation lunch, so we ask that participants wear business attire on that day.

We will do our best to accommodate the special needs of our participants including mobility, vision, hearing, other physical impairments, health conditions or learning disabilities. Please contact the program manager for any special assistance needed.

Unless you are staying at the hotel, you cannot use the gym/sauna etc. The hotel allows the program participants to use the restrooms in the locker rooms, but only hotel guests have the privilege of using the other facilities in the hotel.

Billing

Enrollment in the program is not guaranteed until we receive payment. We work with many organizations or different payment methods. Please talk to your supervisor or contact the program manager if you have any questions.

Payments may be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) through the registration link on the program page. We also accept checks, purchase orders, or electronic wire transfers. If you elect to be billed for the program, payment details will be provided on your invoice.

To check on payment or for payment questions, please contact the program manager.

We completely understand that busy executives often have schedule changes, and we do our best to make it easy for you.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must request such in writing.

  • 30+ days prior to the start of the program will result in a 100% refund of collected fees
